Cancellation Policy
Booking- When booking, I do require a card on file for new and returning clients, you will be charged in cash the day of appointment. All prices on my website are starting.
Cancellation- If you need to cancel, you, must do so 48 hours in advance. I will charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours. If any No shows/no calls or cancellations day of there will be a full service fee charged you will not be able to book again unless the fee has been paid I have .
Late Policy - After appointment time you are at risk of appointment being canceled by or different design may be required due to timing. There will also be a $5 late fee added to your service. After 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled. No exceptions I will be strict on this. This is so my appointments don’t interfere with one another
Extra info- After booking, you are required a picture of desired nail set so I can give you exact pricing, so you know how much cash to bring it is your responsibility to let me know if you will need a soak off.
Sets do take 2-4 hours so please plan accordingly.
